from 10:00 to 16:00
Admission £5.00, accompanied partners and children free.
Note that metered car parking will be in operation and
you will need 5 x £1 coins for a full day.
None at the Leisure Centre, but there is a free ATM Machine at the Toby Carvery.
Our test track will be available to test-run your models, and those offered on the Bring and Buy stand.
Bring and Buy Stand
Visitors are very welcome to sell '0' gauge-related goods on the Bring and Buy stand, but please note that you
will need to fill in a Guildford '0' Gauge Group vendor form on the day and not the (similar) Gauge '0' Guild form.
You can also obtain a vendor form in advance if desired.   for more information and instructions.
You will need to send a DL-sized SAE to the address we will send you.
We do not charge any sales commission. If your goods are sold you will receive the full selling price.
Maximum of ten items per paying ticket holder. Minimum item sale value £10.00.
We would request no books or magazines, please.
The Bring and Buy stand will open at 09:30 for receipt of entries and sales commence at 10:30.
Our experience is that non-British outline models frequently do not sell.
Q. Why cannot the Gauge '0' Guild forms be used at the Reading Trade Show Bring and Buy?
A. There are two reasons. One is a legal one - the Guildford '0' Gauge Group is not part of the Gauge '0' Guild
and so the vendor must sign the Reading form agreeing to the terms and conditions. The second reason is that only
GOG members may sell goods at GOG events, and so their GOG membership number forms a unique reference.
But anyone may enter their goods in the Reading Trade Show B&B, so our forms must be numbered and issued sequentially.
This also means that the forms are not available to download. They may be obtained in advance only by post.
